Worth its weight in gold
The Aureus Fund is an Investment Fund Scheme which invests predominantly in physical (allocated) Gold. In normal market conditions, Gold shall account for at least 51% of Net Asset Value. The Fund Manager will, however, also invest in Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Gold Mining Companies.
The Aureus Fund is neither a certificate, ETC or ETN. As an Irish Collective Investment Scheme (Retail Fund) the Aureus is likewise the oldest Gold Fund in the world and one of the few investment funds with almost 100% in physical precious metals within the European Union.
The Aureus Fund invests predominantly (at least 95%) in allocated precious metals with the focus on Gold. The management will also allocate among the three precious metals silver, platinum and palladium in a flexible way. The Fund is daily tradable* and may be sold and purchased by way of subscription and redemption as fixed-price transactions at Net Asset Value, without a bid-offer spread**.
